Acceler’s senior executive team has decades of global experience in travel, aviation, IT, business strategy, process management, commercial operations and service delivery.

 

Jon Fitch

Director, Chief Executive Officer

Jon has worked in travel, aviation and IT services for more than 25 years, launching news solutions and platforms for his clients globally.

He has won a number of industry awards for innovation in Information Technology, including most innovative use of technology in call centres two years in a row. Jon was also awarded the Call Centre Focus Special Award for services to the call centre industry. In 2012, he founded Travel Consultant Incentive Programme and has led its development into a highly successful solution for incremental revenue growth in the travel industry.

Jon previously worked at Transcom, Mindpearl and British Airways and studied Mathematics and Operational research at Leeds University . He also studied Software Engineering and Project Management at the Open University.


Regimantas Liepa

Director, Chief Commercial Officer

Regi has more than two decades of experience in finance, telecomms and business process services. He’s run numerous business units across Europe and the U.S. employing up to 7,000 staff and generating revenue in excess of €150M.

Throughout his career, Regi played instrumental roles in new market entries, large client contract wins and M&A projects globally. He has served numerous travel and logistics clients and is specialized in commercial management, business modelling and client service delivery.

Regi has an MBA degree from Rochester Institute of Technology (Saunders) and a B.A. from Vilnius University.


Philip McCloskey

Director

Philip McCloskey is a Director of Acceler based in Malta. He also serves as General Manager – Technical for Knighthood Capital Partners Malta Ltd.

Following a career of more than 25 years in various roles in the Middle East, he has specialist financial and technical expertise in aircraft financing, aircraft equipment negotiations, aircraft leasing, contracts and MRO services.

Formerly serving as General Manager Global Strategic Contracts for the Etihad Aviation Group in the UAE, he was responsible for managing the Group’s key buyer furnished equipment and technical contracts, playing a leading role in the negotiations of multi-billion dollar deals for the purchase and interior fit out of aircraft and engines, MRO service agreements.

Philip began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he spent several years working in senior financial management positions before moving to work for the Dubai Government in 1994 before joining Etihad Airways in 2005.

Philip holds a BA (Hons) and a post graduate certificate in Accountancy and is a member of both the Irish Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Chartered Institute of Management Accounts.
